Position Overview:

We are seeking a fully-licensed mental health therapist with a passion for and experience working with men. You’ll be part of a practice dedicated to helping clients address a range of mental health concerns in an outpatient setting. • We work actively with you to build your caseload quickly with a mix of private-pay clients and insured clients with high reimbursement rates.

• We take care of most of the administrative labor and paperwork so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care for your clients.

 

• Specialize in your area of clinical interest with stipends for ongoing training and weekly clinical consult groups with your fellow therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide treatment planning and evidence-based therapy to our predominantly male client base

• Conduct 20-25 sessions per week, combining in-person and telehealth services.

• Offer measurement-based care

• Maintain compliance with your licensing board's ethical requirements.

• Actively pursue professional development in a specialized area of therapy.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Tennessee state license to practice therapy (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D./PsyD, or equivalent).

• Be able to conduct a minimum of twenty-three therapy sessions per week.

• Certification or concrete plan to gain certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Possess a computer with video and microphone functionality for record keeping and telehealth services (all other necessary technology is provided by us).
