Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year based on caseload, with a graduated pay scale.

We work actively with you to build your caseload quickly with a mix of private-pay clients and insured clients with high reimbursement rates.

We take care of most of the administrative labor and paperwork so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care for your clients.

Specialize in your area of clinical interest with stipends for ongoing training and weekly clinical consult groups with your fellow therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide treatment planning and evidence-based therapy to our predominantly male client base

Conduct 20-25 sessions per week, combining in-person and telehealth services.

Offer measurement-based care

Maintain compliance with your licensing board's ethical requirements.

Actively pursue professional development in a specialized area of therapy.

Requirements:

Must hold a Tennessee state license to practice therapy (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D./PsyD, or equivalent).

Be able to conduct a minimum of twenty-three therapy sessions per week.

Certification or concrete plan to gain certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Possess a computer with video and microphone functionality for record keeping and telehealth services (all other necessary technology is provided by us).
