We partner with Blueprint Health to offer all Trailhead clients a cutting-edge, user-friendly way to measure their progress in therapy. Clients can complete their initial batch of assessments as well as their recurring assessments by following the instructions below.

We ask that all clients complete their initial batch of assessments before their first session.
You can also track your own progress, record notes for your next session, or journal using the "check-in" feature.
