You carry stories that have never been told.

Sometimes as we journey in this human struggle, it’s easy for us to lose track of what truly matters to us. We lose sight of purpose and meaning in the midst of the chaos and overwhelm that life can bring. We experience struggles and pain so intense that we’re blinded to anything and everything else.

As a therapist, I have worked with men dealing with a variety of problems, including out-of-control substance use, acute mental health crisis, and those just struggling to navigate the complexities of life, work, and relationships with a sense of confidence and hope. I’ve had the privilege of helping men from all walks of life navigate a diversity of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD in a supportive therapeutic relationship.

As a therapist, I integrate Internal Family Systems therapy, Existential therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients gain insight into what their inner world looks like and to help heal wounds from the past.Together, you and I can develop a plan to enhance your life.
